C#.NET Full Stack Developer

Rate: $45-$59/hr

Location: Onsite (once a week)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and three (3) or more years of software development experience.

About the Company

The manufacturing department is looking for a C#.NET web application developer to work as part of a Scrum team to build applications to improve efficiency and reduce lead time for the production division's team members.

About the Role

This candidate will be a part of scrum team and will be working on project management application to improve efficiency including other tasks required by this role. This position is more of a full stack developer.

Responsibilities
• Learn and document customers’ standard business processes, current challenges, and Kaizen proposals.
• Support development of initial proposals for digital solutions aligned with business direction.
• Demonstrate and train system functionality for various roles within production
• Support users by understanding and identifying their issues (e.g., bugs, missing instructions, or explaining system function).
• Coordinate with the technical team, providing the information needed to initiate and execute development work.
• Be a part of scrum team and work on project management application to improve efficiency including other tasks required by this role.

Qualifications
• Years of experience: 3+ years
• Bachelor's Required in Computer Science or related field
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent.
• Strong preference in automotive industry or manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s Required.

Required Skills
• Expert level capability in designing and building web applications using C# .NET Core
• Proficient with React
• Experience designing/building applications using microservices architecture
• Proficient at using AI tools to enhance software development work
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum
• Proficient in designing and interacting with databases using Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficient with building web applications in cloud environments
• Must be prepared to show and/or discuss examples of previously developed systems/application
• C# and .Net is critical

Preferred Skills
• Nice to have Automotive/Manufacturing Industry exp is a plus
• Experience building web applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud
• Proficient in designing and interacting with databases using NoSQL solutions (Mongo or DocumentDB)
• Automotive or other manufacturing/engineering industry experience
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and support the continuous improvement of the team’s processes
