About this role

This is an interdisciplinary position and may be filled by a General Engineer (0801 series) or an Operations Research Analyst (1515 series) depending upon the qualifications of the candidate. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist leading a team of engineers, scientists, or technicians in the test and evaluation (T&E) of manned or unmanned systems. Resume must demonstrate experience in at least two of the following four examples: (1) overseeing personnel and resources for the T&E execution of manned or unmanned systems; (2) mentoring others on T&E processes, policies, and procedures; (3) performing project management including addressing concurrent efforts with competing priorities; (4) planning and executing project goals within budget and schedule.
