QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (MATERIALS & PROCESSES)

About this role

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing nondestructive testing (NDT) quality assurance duties, such as conducting NDT inspections, training and certifying personnel, and performing program assessments to ensure materials, processes, and fabrication meet technical standards and specifications. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing nondestructive testing (NDT) inspection and applying quality assurance principles to NDT programs. Under the direction of senior personnel, assisting with surveillances, monitoring re-inspections, and performing program assessments in compliance with technical requirements.
