HR Recruiter

About this role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a long-term contract opportunity based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from talent identification through interview coordination and candidate selection, while partnering closely with hiring teams to meet business needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate recruiting, proactive sourcing, and managing applicant tracking systems in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned openings, from intake discussions through offer stage and onboarding coordination.• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.• Source talent through multiple channels, including direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and talent pipelines.• Screen applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the process.• Schedule and conduct interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and guide next steps in a timely manner.• Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition updates, and workflow activity within the applicant tracking system.• Communicate consistently with candidates and internal partners to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
