Belmont Properties is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure affordable housing communities are safe, functional, and ready for new residents. 2+ years' experience in maintenance required; HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry basics preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed.
