Human Resources Recruiter ( REMOTE )

About this role

Our client, a leading global digital sports platform, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to join their team in Sunnyvale, Texas. This role starts asap and will last for about 6 months, with potential to extend. Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, skilled trades).

Partner with site leaders to align on headcount, shifts, ramp timelines, and workforce needs. Execute high-volume hiring strategies for production demands, seasonal ramps, and expansions. Source candidates via workforce agencies, trade schools, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships.

Screen for shift flexibility, reliability, physical requirements, and safety mindset. Manage candidates from application to start date with speed and accuracy. Track recruiting data and metrics to support workforce planning and improvement.
